Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bluetyga account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
